Manufacturer Warranty Returns for HVAC Equipment
At Arizona Climate Supply, we support our customers with manufacturer warranty claims, but we do not issue warranties directly. All warranty approvals, repairs, or replacements are handled exclusively by the factory or manufacturer.
How Warranty Returns Work
Return to Factory: We ship defective items back to the manufacturer for evaluation.
Factory Approval Required: The manufacturer determines if the claim is approved. Arizona Climate Supply has no control over their decision.
Account Credit: Once the manufacturer approves the warranty, your account will be credited for the item.
